S P K G & Co. LLP is a firm of Chartered Accountants in India incorporated on July 29, 2017 by four young chartered accountants.  

Partners of S P K G & Co. LLP  have rich experience in Auditing, Direct/Indirect Taxation Laws, Corporate Laws, NGOs, Business Process Outsourcing, Corporate Advisory and Financial Services, System Audits, Project consultancy, Valuation, FCRA and FEMA.

The team comprises of dedicated professionals possessing expertise across a range of business needs. We abide by strong ethics, thereby adding value to our client business.The firm offers a wide range of services to almost all sectors and industries in India. Our clients include listed and unlisted companies and cover a broad spectrum of industries ranging from textiles, construction, retail, and many more. Our all-encompassing team comprises of Company Secretaries and Chartered Accountants.

The firm has 3 offices in Mumbai located at Andheri, Grant Road and Borivali.

The firm has a fully computerized networked professional set-up which handles accounting –including systems design, data processing and finalisation of accounts, taxation of various entities, payroll processing taking into consideration various applicable labour laws.
